Seriously, when life puts you in the most uncomfortable situation, there is nothing you can do but laugh, or cry. Being numb could help from time to time, but panic is obviously won't help. You don't regret things that happened, that's a big no. You don't go yelling at other people to make you feel better.
Forgive yourself, and accept the past. Make peace with life and live with it.
